If you follow me, then you know that I like to dance salsa in my free time. What you may not know is for the longest time I had no drive to dance. As a matter of fact, I would always go to my friends salsa parties, but never had any desire to step foot on the hance floor. However, a couple years down the road, I decided to give it a try. Needless to say, it was one of the best decisions I had ever made. Why? Not just because it’s fun. Not just because it’s a great exercise. But because it lead me to my wife. That’s right we met salsa dancing. Little did I know that salsa would change my life forever.
Now we both love salsa so much that we traveled to Austin, TX to take part in the second annual salsa congress. It was a blast! From the awesome shows (videos coming soon), to dancing until 4am, to simply spending time with friends after a long semester, the vacation is exactly what we both needed.
